Focus Flow

Privacy policy

Policy version: 1.0 · Last updated: 15 September 2026

Focus Flow is a Pomodoro timer published by Mertcan Çezik. It does not require an account, registration, or login.

Data stored on the device

Focus Flow stores timer snapshots, preferences, the selected focus companion, and completed focus-session history on your device. The app does not provide cloud sync. Device or platform backup behavior is controlled by the operating system. The app does not run advertising or behavioral analytics.

If you allow notifications, Focus Flow schedules local phase-end reminders on your device. Notification permission can be declined in the operating system; the app does not send data to a remote notification service.

When you choose Take snapshot, Focus Flow asks for permission to add the generated image to your photo library. The image stays on your device and is not uploaded by Focus Flow.

Purchases

When Pro purchases are enabled, Focus Flow connects to Apple App Store or Google Play and its purchase service to load offerings, complete purchases, restore purchases, and read entitlement status. The store and purchase service process an anonymous app installation identifier and purchase history for entitlement delivery and purchase analytics. Focus Flow does not ask for or store your name, email address, or payment details.

Purchase records remain managed by the store account. Refunds and billing disputes are handled by the store that processed the transaction.

Retention and deletion

Local timer data is removed when the app is uninstalled or its app data is cleared. Store purchase records are managed separately by Apple or Google. Because Focus Flow does not require an account, there is no profile to delete.
